An experienced executive, with over 40 years of experience in electric utility operations. He has been responsible for strategic planning, negotiations, marketing, communications, and economic development. His experience includes executive relationships, facilitated and led multi departmental teams, developed and implemented multiple cost savings programs, support for lobbying and legislative efforts.  Provided executive development of Business Plans including performance measurement, operational integrity and measurable feedback.

 

He is an experienced public speaker in crisis management, public relations and media response.  Provided technical, administrative, and management assistance to municipalities in achieving operational excellence.  Has specializes in team building, negotiations, strategic and business plan development and leadership in the resolution of complex issues.

 

Ken received his Engineering Degree from Villanova and is a Registered Professional Engineer in North Carolina and Tennessee.
